Badak Fall

Sungai Badak休闲公园也被称为Batu Hampar休闲公园。可使用1号公路从Gurun镇往北方前进，接着转进K605号公路。在路口可看到中华学校或Sungai Badak村民宅的牌子。

Hutan Lipur Sungai Badak also known as Hutan Lipur Batu Hampar. Use trunk road no.1 from Gurun town towards north direction, and turn into road no. K605. Some signboard like homestay Kpg. Sg. Badak can be seen at the junction.

把车子开到路的尽头，前方就是Badakt河了。可准备步行。

当时，我们询问在Badak河边戏水的男生们关于前往Badak瀑布的细节，竟然无人晓得，看来Badak河休闲公园也是一座早已遗弃的公园。幸好得到一位中年先生的指点，我们才不至于像只无头苍蝇乱闯。

Drive till the end of the road, the Sungai Badak is in the front. Park the car and prepare for trekking.

At first, we search for the direction from group of teenage who were dipping in the stream near carpark, but turned out nobody heard of the location. Lucky with the advise from a man, we were managed to arrive the destination with not much hassle.

当您面朝河的方向，泥径的起点就在路旁左侧。

The trailhead is on the left side if you are facing to the river.

原本一辆车宽度的泥径，逐渐变成了一条小径，沿着Badak河在草丛中延伸而去。幸好也没太多的盆路。

Soon the dirtroad became a singletrack, laid along the Sungai Badak.. We followed the singletack within the lalang bushes to upper stream direction, lucky not many folks here.

当看到这牌子就证明您已抵达Sungai Badak休闲公园。

Saw this signboard means you are in the Hutan Lipur Sungai Badak. now.

公园里没什么基础设施。较吸引的是一个带有泡沫的茶色大水池。

Basic facilities are not available in the park. A big nature pool with bubble tea-colour water is seen.

往内走去就看到另一个石面斜坡，也许这就是为什么这里也被称为Batu Hampar了。继续往上走。石面不会太滑。

There is a rock surface slope when we walked further up, think that's the reason why the place also named as Batu Hampar. Continue walking up, surface not very slippery.

就算在浅的部分，也可明显地看到水是浓郁的茶黄色。这是我们第一次在Jerai山一带见到的黑水系河。（当然在接下来的行程，我们见到了更多的黑水系河。）

Even from the shallow part of the stream, the water also can be seen in vivid tea colour. This is the 1st dark water stream we encounter around Gunung Jerai. (Of course, we saw more black water streams in the following trips around Gunung Jerai)

我在好奇着雨季时，河水会掩盖过这石面吗？

Wonder if during raining day, will this rockface be covered by the flowing water?

另一池的‘茶水', 想来杯茶尝尝吗？

Another pool of 'tea', would you like to have a cup of tea?

水流从狭窄的隙缝奔驰而下。

Water are gushing down through a narrow passage.

很快的我们就看到了Badak瀑布。

Reaching soon to the Badak Fall, finally,

瀑布前有个看起来蛮深的水池。也许因为池水呈深茶色，所以给我们个错觉。

The Badak Fall, with a deep pool. Maybe it is not that deep, but because of the dark colour water, we unable estimate how deep is it by our naked eyes.
