Perting Fall (Lata Hammer)

Perting瀑布也称为Hammer瀑布，位于Bukit Tinggi及Bentong之间的Perting峡谷里。如从吉隆坡出发，可使用Karak高速公路来到Bukit Tinggi，再使用68号公路往Bentong方向前进。当看到Perting Valley的牌子时，就可转左进入。接下来一段凹凸不平的泥路，尤其在雨后，并不适合不同轿车行驶。

Perting Fall aka Hammer Fall, located at Perting Valley in between Bukit Tinggi and Bentong. If from Kuala Lumpur, take the Karak Highway to Bukit Tinggi, and road no.68 head towards Bentong. It's time to turn left when see a signboard indicated Perting Valley. The following uneven dirt road is not suitable for sedan car, especially after rain.

把车子停在Success Outdoor Solution (SOS)营地外头。准备就绪后，开始步行到河边并寻找适宜的渡河路线。

Parked the car outside of the Success Outdoor Solution (SOS) Camp. After ready, we tried to find the suitable route of crossing river.

越过急促的Perting Pandak河流到河对岸，河水深及臀部。在队友的合作下，大家都成功到河对岸。

狭窄的小径两边长满野草。建议穿着长袖衣及长裤，皮肤被刮伤的伤口将会很痒。

The initial part of the trail is narrow and covered by the bushes. Wearing long sleeves and pants are recommended, the scratches on the skin will be very itchy after that.

接着来到已被弃用的伐木车道。基本上我们都是沿着Perting河的左旁步行。此时路势微微向上。

Then we came to a abandoned logging track. Basically we followed the trek which lay on the left of Perting River towards upper river direction. Slightly upslope.

沿着山径来到一个自制的牌子，指示着Perting瀑布就在陡峭的山坡下方。幸好树杆上系有绳子，可以协助走下山坡。

Followed the old logging track untill we came to a home-made signboard, which indicate that the Perting Fall is at the downslope. We had steep descent to the riverbank, some ropes had been fixed by the person before to make descent easier.

以下就是Perting瀑布，前方还有个大又深的水池。

河对岸的沙滩适合野餐，但不是理想的扎营地点。万一真的下起大雨，这个沙滩肯定被高涨的河水淹没。最后不忘叮咛想到这戏水的朋友们，千万要小心，这里已发生数起溺毙意外。

The picnic ground is opposite the riverbank. Its not a safe campsite, too near to the river. If heavy rain and water level arise, the place sure flooded. Last, beware of the strong under current, several fatal accidents had been happened here.
