Drive along the road no. 76 towards Lenggong direction from Kuala Kangsar, there’s 2 waterfalls you won’t miss. 1st falls is Perahu Fall and follow by Kekabu Fall. Perahu Fall not a tall spectacular fall but peaceful picnic location for family outing. The place is quite secluded if compare with more popular Kekabu Fall. Even on Sunday, it’s not many people here. Local Malay call the falls as ‘Lata Prow’.

The falls located near Kati. Look out for the road sign ‘Lata Perahu’ on your left and turn in to the narrow tar road. Follow the narrow kampong road, you’ll pass thru a small Malay Kampong with some houses around. Soon you’ll reach an unpaved road in front of you. You can choose to start walking up the slope as the road condition after that is not suitable for sedan car.

We had choosed to walk. Because some fallen trunks and bushes grown up very soon, the trail became narrower and just nice for motorbike passing. Just about 10 mins of walking, we reached Perahu Fall.

Hi Eastwind, we reversed our car back same as you but we are a little bit luckier, not into the muddy grass side way. Next time you should walk till the end, you are so near to the destination. Good luck to your future exploring ya!
